This is an agreement between you and "RESOURCES BOX" stating, on December 25, 2009, the terms that govern your use of the website www.tracksplanet.com and associated services, hereafter the “Website”, which proposes on a purely principal basis a permanent download service for backingtracks files intended for karaoke. This agreement – together with all updates, additional terms, software, licenses, and all of RESOURCES BOX rules and policies - collectively constitute the 'agreement' between you and RESOURCES BOX.

By accessing this Website and/or purchasing products from RESOURCES BOX, you agree without exception to all terms and conditions listed herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms of service, please do not use the Website or purchase from us. Please review this agreement periodically as we may, at any time, modify these terms of service. However, the applicable conditions will remain those in force on the Website at the date of the customer's ordering. In the course of its activity, RESOURCES BOX may collect some personal information about you. Accepting these terms implies you have read and accepted our Privacy policy.

05.- REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We support a full replacement policy on any damaged goods. Although every care is taken to ensure that backing tracks are in perfect condition when dispatched, in the event of goods arriving damaged, RESOURCES BOX will provide a full replacement if the goods are returned promptly and proved to be defective in any way. Damaged tracks will only be exchanged for the same title. Due to the special digitized nature of our products and the ease with which they can be duplicated, refunds are only given if it is proved that the goods have not been delivered.

06.- PAYMENT

You agree to pay for all products you purchase through the service. During the ordering process and untill the payment, you can cancel or modify your order. The payment is done online after the validation of the order by Paypal.

RESOURCES BOX has the right to change prices and availability of any products at any time.

Your use of the service includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make purchases electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and purchases. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on the Website, including notices of cancellation, policies, contracts, and applications.

07.- DOWNLOADS

The Website supply tracks for downloading in digital format. The download link is valid for at least 15 days from the time of the purchase. Customers who fail to downloaded purchases within this period will be required to re-order again at the prices set out in our current price list. RESOURCES BOX recommend WindowsXP or higher, MacOs X, Internet Explorer 8+ or Mozilla Firefox to download purchases and cannot offer support for any other platforms or third party software.

08.- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Use of the Website is at your own risk. The content and service is provided on an "as is" basis. RESOURCES BOX offers no warranty of any kind, express or implied. RESOURCES BOX does not warrant that any content on this Website is accurate, that this Website will be available at any particular time, or that any errors will be corrected.
