01.- About Tracks Planet
On this site you will find reproduced instrumental tracks, available in a single track version (Backing Track) and in a separated-tracks version (Multitrack).
Tracks Planet has a vast catalogue of instrumental songs updated weekly and containing song previews, and full song versions to immediately download onto your computer. So, you have the greatest backing tracks of the biggest artists available in a simple, easy-to-use and legal way, all in a few clicks! Downloading music from Tracks Planet is legal and respects copyrights.

02.- How do I hear a sample before buying?
You can preview a sample of each song in our catalogue. The preview of each song is free, so that you can listen and be assured of their quality before purchasing them. To preview the sample files, just click on the PLAY icon.

03.- I cannot hear the track preview. What should I do?
You will need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you do not already have this you can download it for free from www.adobe.com. Also, the JavaScript of your browser must be activated.

04.- How do I use the shopping cart?
You can add any song you want to your shopping cart just by clicking on the "Add This Backing Track To Cart" icon. You can also check the content of your shopping cart by clicking on the link "View Shopping Cart" at any time.
Click on "View Shopping Cart" to validate your order. Before proceeding to check out, you can also take a selection off, or eliminate them all one by one. Then you can either "continue shopping" or "checkout".

05.- How do I get the purchased files?
Once the payment is completed, you can download the purchased files by clicking on "CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PURCHASED FILES" on the PayPal page. Also, we will automatically send you an email with the download link. Please, check that store@tracksplanet.com is accepted (and eventually, add it to your whitelist). These links will expire after 15 days, so please save the files on your computer as soon as possible. You can download the files by double clicking on the link itself or by right clicking on "Save File As".

06.- Can I get some kind of virus from the purchased files?
Although it is possible (but very rare) to get a virus from files like mp3, we make sure that all our files are clean.

07.- Can I use your files for public performances?
We are happy to allow the use of our soundtracks in public places and during events, commercial or not. However, and for your information, we'd like to remind you that you must receive an official agreement from your national music rights management office (SGAE in Spain, for example) to be legally compliant. If the event is private and non-commercial, use of soundtracks is, of course, allowed and not restricted.

Recording rights of our soundtracks (Whether it's on a specific media or not) is not included in the price. Prior to any recording of one of our soundtracks, it is mandatory to file for a written authorisation. Any use of any of our available tracks, without prior agreement, is a violation in regards to International Conventions. Be aware that Moral Copyright allows Songwriters/Composers to forbid any re-use of his work if he finds this use doesn't respect the original design.
